To participate in YIRLC, you must be currently enrolled in a middle/secondary school or high school
Registered delegates should be in grades 8 - 12 by the time of the conference.

Delegations are responsible for securing their own hotel reservations. YIRLC does not provide housing accommodations.

Prizes and awards are decided by our secretariat members, who would judge participants based on the quality of their pitches.

Everything will be held in english, including workshops and presentations.

YIRLC is a short leadership camp for student interested in learning more about global politics and international relations while improving their policymaking and pitching skills. We do not requite any prerequisite knowledge or experience!

No, unlike a regular Model United Nations, you do not need an advisor to accompany you for the event! However, you might wish to get your advisor or guardian to arrange for transportation to and from the venue.

We would send out some readings a few weeks before the event, but we do not require much preparation for YIRLC!

100% refunds are permitted until Dec 12th, 2025.
For cancellations 7 days or less before the program starts, YIRLC charges the full registration fee.
